Cancellation Policy
At Into the Mystic, I value your time and energy, as well as my own. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. ✅ Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. ✅ Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new booking will be required. ✅ No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled session, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. 💡 Compassionate Exceptions: I understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected arises, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your situation.
